At the Izumi Home Care Clinic, we support the lives of patients and their families by providing home-visit medical care, home-visit rehabilitation, and home-visit nutrition for those who need medical care but find it difficult to visit the hospital. In the outpatient clinic, we provide consultations for general internal medicine, including lifestyle-related diseases, as well as dementia outpatient services. It has a 19-bed inpatient facility.
