We have been running a handmade soba (buckwheat noodle) shop in Shibamata, Katsushika for over 30 years, but we have now reopened as a handmade udon shop. You can relax and enjoy yourself while looking at antiques in the store. Please come and try our freshly made and boiled miso nikomi udon.
