We have been running a handmade soba (buckwheat noodle) shop in Shibamata, Katsushika-ku for more than 30 years. While offering many people the charm of freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled handmade soba noodles made from our own flour, we also have the pleasure of looking at antiques, old folk tools, and old clothes. Don't forget to buy a souvenir from the downtown area, starting at 250 yen!
